Pre + postnatal

Prepare for your upcoming birth with Prenatal classes that welcome all stages of pregnancy. The flow is designed to build strength, stretch and incorporate relaxation techniques.
Postnatal classes are created with the new mama in mind with a combination of stretching and strengthening flows. Caregivers get a chance to enjoy a class while continuing to connect and bond with their new babe.
