The Mind Soul Moves Approach is a 4 week program for pre & post natal mamas, totally customized to meet YOU where you’re at in pregnancy or postpartum. You’ll work with me (Sarah!) - a mama of 10 years, certified prenatal and postnatal instructor and lifelong learner of fitness and movement for women.

I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with finding what moves you! I am a lucky mama of two sweet girls. My passion for helping mamas came during my first pregnancy, many years ago. Becoming a mother has been one of the most beautiful, transformative experiences in my life and also one of the hardest! It truly takes a village!
