I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with finding what moves you! My aim is to help guide you and express your best life through movement.  Whether it is leading a studio class, 1x1 coaching or leading a workshop in your workplace or school, I hope to leave you in a “feel good” state that you can take off your mat and into your life.

Postnatal classes are created with the new mama in mind with a combination of stretching and strengthening flows. Caregivers get a chance to enjoy a class while continuing to connect and bond with their new babe.

JOGA - Yoga for Athletes

JOGA certified with Jana Webb. Offering an athletic style of movement that pairs the benefits of yoga with the bio-mechanics of sports. Great for sports teams, schools and anyone living an active lifestyle. I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance to play your best at your sport!
